How to use the E-Service Centre
Through our E-service centre you will be able to access a variety of functions such as order tracking, fast order entry and price & availability functions such as viewing discount & stock levels.
After logging in, you can access these functions through the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, as seen below.
The
Search option will take you to our search screen - searching with an ISBN (where possible) is always the best method to find a title.

View Basket is used to check & amend any current purchases you
wish to make
The
Continue Shopping button will simply take you back to the
last page you visited in our catalogue section
Fast Order Entry will allow you to enter your order in seconds. If you already
have the ISBN’s you wish to order all you need to do is enter them (and the
desired quantity) on this page and they will be instantly added to your basket
– a much faster process than searching for the title.
Order Tracking will allow you to search for any orders you have ever entered with us - if you are a new e-service customer, but you have had (or still have) a 'normal' account with us (i.e. not internet based) you will be able to see those orders as well as any orders placed through E-service. You can search by your order number or by date. You will be able to see details such as totals, discount levels, invoice numbers, date despatched etc etc.
Your Profile will allow you to see your basic details (delivery address, contadct details etc etc) as well as modify some simple settings.
The
Logout option will immediately take you out of E-service
